Handcrafted in the MDF artisan tradition by master craftsmen since 1971. Originally designed by Ernst L.O. Troemner M.D., Director of the Neurological Hospital at St. Georg and Professor at University of Hamburg. MDF Trömner Hammer - Light (AKA Troemner) is a versatile 4-in-1 multifuntional dual-mallet type reflex hammer. In addtion to the myotatic reflex function of the tradtional Trömner, MDF re-designed the Trömner Hammer - Light to also elicit plantar and cutaneous reflexes on adult and pediatric patients with less effort and greater patient comfort.
